The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 5 - 7 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15 – 30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product.
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, and China). As our items are stored in several warehouses, your order may be shipped in separate packages.
Once you have placed an order, the information goes straight to the shipping department which takes 2-3 working days to process. After which the shipping department will send the tracking codes to the data entry to update the tracking codes and send shipping confirmation email to the customer. Hence, if you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service within 12 hours of placing the order.
Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
NOTE: To all customers that provided a different shipping address than their permanent address, we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and/or if you moved out of the address you provided us.

Our handling time takes 7 business days. This means that your order(s) will generally be sent out within this period.
The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment. Our Standard Shipping typically takes 2 - 4 weeks and depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package.
When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number is normally available within the next 1 week of dispatch.

For some shipping companies, it takes 5 - 8 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
